New Delhi: Ambassador Ana Taban of the Republic of Moldova paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Devesh Chaturvedi, Secretary of the Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare (A&FW), at Krishi Bhawan in New Delhi. The meeting underscored the potential for enhanced cooperation in agriculture between the two nations.

During the discussions, Joint Secretary (International Cooperation), A&FW, identified several areas for collaboration post-MoU signing. The meeting also involved discussions on enhancing trade and innovation, reflecting a shared commitment to leveraging agriculture as a pillar of economic cooperation.

The meeting was attended by Faiz Ahmed Kidwai, Additional Secretary (PP), Joint Secretary (IC), Joint Secretary (PP), A&FW, representatives from the Ministry of External Affairs, and Lucia Gulatee from the Embassy of Moldova.
