DPIIT Partners with Tally Solutions to Empower Startups in Manufacturing Sector

New Delhi: The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of business management software, to virtually empower startups in the manufacturing sector.

This strategic partnership aims to introduce a comprehensive, module-based workshop series designed to address critical challenges faced by startups, including financial management, compliance, marketing, digitization, and investment preparedness.

Sanjiv Singh, Joint Secretary of Startup India, highlighted the broader impact of this initiative, stating, “This partnership goes beyond a simple training program. It is about equipping startups with practical tools and deep insights to navigate the complexities of the business world, enabling them to thrive in an increasingly competitive environment.” He emphasized that the ultimate goal is to build an ecosystem where innovation and entrepreneurship contribute to India’s leadership in global economic growth.

Dr. Sumeet Kumar Jarangal, Director of Startup India, underscored the significance of this collaboration, saying, “Our partnership with Tally Solutions marks a paradigm shift in empowering startups to create a robust foundation for sustainable businesses. By addressing critical areas like financial management and digitization, we aim to equip startups with the tools necessary for global competitiveness.”
