Amit Shah Reassumes Office as Union Home Minister, Vows to Strengthen India’s Security

New Delhi: Amit Shah today reassumed charge as the Union Home Minister at North Block, New Delhi, reaffirming the government’s unwavering commitment to the security of the nation and its citizens.

In a statement released on his official social media handle, Shah underscored that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) will continue to prioritize the safety and security of India. He emphasized that the government’s efforts in Modi 3.0 will elevate India’s security measures to new heights, solidifying Bharat’s stance against terrorism, insurgency, and naxalism.

Earlier in the day, Union Home Minister Amit Shah paid homage to the martyred police personnel at the National Police Memorial. Speaking on the occasion, he expressed reverence for the brave souls of the police forces who sacrificed their lives in defense of the nation’s honor. He hailed their valorous deeds, immortalizing their fervent patriotism for generations to come.
