Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar to Embark on a Tri-State Tour for Varied Engagements

 

New Delhi:  In a significant outreach across southern India, the Vice-President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar, is set to embark on a one-day tour covering Bengaluru, Thiruvananthapuram, and Coimbatore on March 8.

The highlight of the Vice-President’s itinerary is his visit to the ISRO Satellite Integration and Testing Establishment (ISITE) in Bengaluru. During this leg of the journey, Shri Dhankhar will engage with the scientific community of the prestigious Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), gaining insights into the latest advancements and developments in space exploration.

Following his Bengaluru visit, Shri Dhankhar will grace the Rajanaka Puraskar conferral ceremony in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, where he is scheduled to be the Chief Guest. This event is poised to recognize and honor outstanding contributions in various fields, reflecting the Vice-President’s commitment to acknowledging excellence across diverse domains.

The tour’s final stop will be at the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, where Shri Dhankhar will participate in the Mahashivratri celebrations. This spiritual gathering is anticipated to provide a serene and contemplative atmosphere, allowing the Vice-President to immerse himself in the festive fervor.
