The closing ceremony on February 16th will witness the presence of Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.

The responsibility of organizing this significant event has been bestowed upon the RPF by the Central Coordinating Committee of AIPDM. Renowned in law enforcement circles, the AIPDM aims to foster excellence and collaboration among police officers for the scientific detection and investigation of crimes, thereby enhancing internal security.

The 67th All India Police Duty Meet serves as a call for law enforcement professionals to come together, share experiences, and strengthen their collective pursuit of investigative excellence. With the participation of 29 law enforcement agencies from the center and states, the event will see 1230 members engaging in various competitions and activities.

Featuring competitions such as Scientific Aids to Investigation, Police Photography, Computer Awareness, Special Canine Unit contests, Anti-sabotage checks, and Police Videography, the Police Duty Meet provides a platform for refining skills and exchanging best practices among law enforcement personnel.

All competitions will take place at the Jagjivan Ram RPF Academy, Lucknow. Established in 1955 under the Ministry of Railways, the academy is a premier training institute for Probationers, IRPFS Cadre officers, and RPF Sub-Inspectors.

In a notable move towards modernization, Manoj Yadava, Director General of Railway Protection Force, launched a dedicated mobile application and website for the 67th All India Police Duty Meet. Developed in-house by the Tech Group of RPF, these digital platforms aim to streamline communication, provide real-time updates, and enhance the overall experience for participants. The app and website showcase advanced features like Autobot-based multi-lingual chat support, reinforcing the commitment to advancing technology in investigative duties during the Digital Age.

The Railway Protection Force, operational since 2004, has been crucial in safeguarding railway property, ensuring passenger security, and protecting their belongings. It is noteworthy that RPF boasts a commendable 9% representation of women, the highest percentage among all Armed Forces in India.
