
Kaziranga: Prime Minister Narendra Modi embarked on a visit to Kaziranga National Park in Assam, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and diverse flora and fauna. In a series of posts, Prime Minister Modi highlighted the natural wonders of Kaziranga and interacted with Van Durga, a team of women forest guards actively involved in conservation efforts. He commended their dedication and courage in safeguarding the rich biodiversity of the region.
“This morning I was at the Kaziranga National Park in Assam. Nestled amidst lush greenery, this UNESCO World Heritage site is blessed with diverse flora and fauna, including the majestic one-horned rhinoceros,” Prime Minister Modi expressed in one of his posts.
He urged citizens to visit Kaziranga and experience the warmth of the people of Assam, emphasizing that every visit enriches the soul and creates a profound connection with the heart of the state.
