Indulge in culinary delights from 16 countries at .FEST

Bhubaneswar: Food enthusiasts of Bhubaneswar will get an opportunity to indulge their taste buds in the culinary delights from 16 countries and 24 states of India at the second edition of .FEST to be held at IDCO Exhibition Ground from January 15 to 29.

The international food festival is being organised in association with Hotel & Restaurant Association of Odisha (HRAO) in the sideline of FIH Men’s Hockey World Cup-2023.

Over 80–90 varieties of international cuisines from the 16 hockey world cup participating countries will be served in international stalls for locals and tourists from 6 pm to 12 midnight.

There will be six international stalls and 24 state stalls including that of Odisha which will present national and regional delicacies to the people. The event will also feature four government stalls like Millet Mission and Koraput Café among others.

The event is being curated by Hemant Oberoi, the Executive Chef of the Taj Hotels, with more than 42 years of experience.
