Bhubaneswar:  Learning Links Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching lives through learning, proudly marks the successful completion of its flagship Road to School Program (RTS) in Odisha, India. Launched in collaboration with the Department of School and Mass Education, Government of Odisha, and supported by IndusInd Bank, the program has been instrumental in bridging the learning gap, promoting holistic well-being, and empowering teachers in 100 government schools and over 120 urban communities since 2019.

The Road to School Program operates on three key dimensions: Learning Enhancement Program, Health and Hygiene, and Community Engagement. It aims to elevate students through academics, values, mindsets, access, and exposure, bringing them to their grade level while fostering their overall well-being.

The Foundation celebrated the successful completion of five years of dedicated service in a spectacular event on February 29, where educators and all stakeholders had gathered to celebrate the successful completion of the RTS program. The Teacher Empowerment Program (TEP), a vital component of the initiative, empowered champion educators across 40 schools, fostering joyful learning environments through student-centric pedagogy.

The Valediction and Award Ceremony, held to commemorate this significant milestone, saw the felicitation of Champion Teachers under the Teacher Empowerment Program. The event also recognized the unwavering support of 100 schools (including 2 special schools) for their contributions to the continuous success of the Road to School Program.
