Goa: Jyotiraditya M Scindia, Union Minister for Civil Aviation and Steel, inaugurated Fly91, a regional airline, and flagged off its maiden flight between Manohar International Airport (MOPA), Goa, and Agatti Islands, Lakshadweep.
