
New Delhi: Dharmendra Pradhan, the Union Minister of Education and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, addressed the 68th Foundation Day of All India Management Association (AIMA) and the 18th National Management Day today. During the event, the Minister extended congratulations to distinguished industry leaders who received awards for management excellence, public service, and thought leadership.
In his address, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan emphasized the importance of utilizing collective wisdom for nation-building and passing it on to the next generations. He highlighted that India is poised to become the world’s third-largest economy by 2027, presenting enormous opportunities for growth and development.
The Minister stated that the challenge before the nation is to build a collective roadmap for unlocking these opportunities and realizing the goal of “Viksit Bharat” or Developed India. Shri Pradhan expressed optimism about India’s unstoppable trajectory in the next 25 years, with positivity emerging across various sectors, from education to the economy.
Shri Dharmendra Pradhan encouraged apex bodies like AIMA to redefine their role and reimagine their purpose and processes. He emphasized the role of organizations like AIMA in guiding individuals toward their goals and unlocking the full potential of India. The Minister stressed the need for responsible business practices and public welfare while creating wealth, highlighting the importance of a balanced approach for sustainable development.
The event celebrated not just the achievements of the past but also set the tone for the future, with a focus on harnessing collective wisdom and expertise to propel India towards becoming a global economic powerhouse.
