Highlighting the significance of forensic behavioral science, Shri Amit Shah noted its emerging role in preventing crimes. He emphasized the importance of studying behavior, integrating it into primary education, and utilizing it as a proactive measure to curb criminal activities.

A crucial development announced during the conference was the inauguration of a Digital Forensic Excellence Centre, aimed at capacity building and improving investigative capabilities.

Shri Amit Shah outlined the challenges facing India’s criminal justice system and stressed the need for a modernized police system embracing technology without compromising fundamental policing principles.
