Competition Commission of India Greenlights Merger of Fincare and AU Small Finance Bank
New Delhi: The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given its nod to the merger proposal involving Fincare Small Finance Bank Limited (Fincare) and AU Small Finance Bank Limited (AU).
