4th National Chilika Birds Festival

Bhubaneswar: In a celebration of avian diversity and natural beauty, the Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik, inaugurated the much-anticipated 4th Edition of the National Chilika Birds Festival at Lok Seva Bhawan today.
