Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Monday launched the e-Registration mobile application, aimed at transforming access to revenue-related services across the state. The app brings together a wide range of services under one digital platform, allowing citizens to access key revenue functions from the comfort of their homes.
The newly launched app offers services such as land registration, online slot booking, issuance of income certificates, certified document downloads, and access to sub-registrar office information. It also includes feedback systems for visitor registration and application processing, ensuring a more responsive and transparent experience for users.
Highlighting the convenience of the new platform, CM Majhi said, “In a people-centric government, services must be made easy and accessible. This app ensures that with just a few clicks, citizens can avail themselves of essential revenue services without physically visiting government offices.” He further commended the Revenue Department for developing the mobile app, stating that it allows citizens to book slots, request certified copies, and apply for encumbrance certificates (EC) entirely online.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister also released the Annual Success Booklet of the Revenue Department, which outlines the key reforms and achievements over the past year. “Since our government came to power, revenue administration has undergone significant reforms. We have brought services closer to the people by eliminating unnecessary delays and simplifying procedures,” Majhi noted.
