Both sides emphasized the urgent need for global cooperation against terrorism, with Rajnath Singh particularly denouncing Pakistan’s continued policy of cross-border terrorism, describing it as a threat to regional peace and security. He called for a unified global stance against state-sponsored terrorism, asserting that both state and non-state actors involved must be held accountable.

Enhancing maritime security and cooperation emerged as a major focus, with both sides acknowledging the strategic significance of Indo-Pacific stability.

The bilateral dialogue concluded with a mutual commitment to enhance defence cooperation and build on the momentum generated since the elevation of ties to a Special Strategic & Global Partnership in 2014.
