Bhubaneswar: Renowned sand artist Sudarshan Pattanaik has added another feather to his cap by winning the gold medal at the International Sand Art Championship held in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi extended his heartfelt congratulations to Pattanaik, acknowledging his remarkable achievement. “Sudarshan Pattanaik’s talent has not only brought him individual fame but has also made Odisha proud.
