Berhampur: In order to vaccinate senior citizens safely as soon as possible, the Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC) have decided to start Covid vaccination at doorstep for senior citizens in Berhampur city.
The doorstep vaccination will start from May 17.
District collector Vijay Amruta Kulange informed that persons aged 75 and above, and those who are physically challenged and have problems reaching the vaccination centre, will be vaccinated at their homes. A standard operating procedure for the doorstep vaccination will be prepared.
