Bhubaneswar: Ahead of the Men’s Hockey World Cup from January 2023, the Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) will include 40 new electric buses in its current fleet of 242.
Currently 10 e-buses are plying on the roads of Bhubaneswar on various routes. To promote green transport in the city, these buses were included into the fleet on July 16 this year.
The new buses will arrive two weeks head of the world cup. While, one charging station is there in Patia another will come up at Pokhariput.
