The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the guidance of Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Shri Amit Shah, took this historic decision to enhance the participation of local youth in the Central Armed Police Forces and to promote linguistic diversity.

The Constable (GD) examination, a flagship test conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), attracts lakhs of aspirants from various corners of the country.
