Chief of Army Staff Gen Manoj Pande Emphasizes Synergy and Reform at Defence Services Staff College
Wellington: The Chief of Army Staff, Gen Manoj Pande, paid a visit to the prestigious Defence Services Staff College (DSSC) in Wellington on April 8, 2024. During his visit, Gen Pande interacted with student officers from the Indian Armed Forces and Friendly Foreign countries enrolled in the 79th Staff Course, as well as the permanent staff of DSSC.
Addressing the gathering, Gen Pande delved into the complex security challenges facing the nation and the ongoing transformation reforms within the Indian Army. He emphasized the importance of rebalancing and restructuring efforts, aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and readiness. Furthermore, he shed light on the various Human Resource reforms currently underway, highlighting their significance in shaping the future of the Army.
