The transformation of the Harishankar Temple, a significant Pitha in Odisha, aligns with the Integrated Development of Heritage and Monuments and Tourist Destination plan. The Chief Minister highlighted that this initiative aims to enhance services for travelers and contribute to the economic development of the region.

Patnaik stressed the cultural identity of a nation, emphasizing the moral responsibility to preserve it. He expressed hope that the development of revered Pithas like Shri Shri Achyutananda Das Gadi and Maa Ugratara Shakti Pitha would strengthen the emotional bond among the people of Odisha.

Inaugurating the state’s largest flyover at Joda, the railway over-bridge at Jatni, and other key infrastructure projects, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik highlighted the transformative impact on the state’s communication system. These developments, part of the 5T initiative, are instrumental in reducing travel time and enhancing connectivity, ultimately benefiting millions of people.
