Bhubaneswar: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, has announced an extension for submitting application forms for the Annual High School Certificate (HSC) Examination 2025 and the Odisha State Open School Certificate (SOSC) Examination. Students now have until November 25, 2024, to complete their applications, according to an official statement.

The board emphasized that this is the final extension, and no further deadlines will be granted.

The Annual HSC Examination is set to commence on February 21, 2025, and conclude on March 6, 2025. The exams will be held daily from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, with an extended duration for the Mathematics paper, which will end at 11:45 AM.

The extension is expected to benefit students who require additional time to finalize their applications. However, the BSE has urged all candidates to adhere strictly to the revised deadline to avoid disqualification.

The HSC examination is a significant milestone for students in Odisha, serving as a critical gateway for higher education opportunities. By providing an additional window for form submissions, the board aims to ensure maximum participation while maintaining a strict schedule.

Students and guardians are advised to complete the application process promptly to avoid last-minute technical issues. For detailed information and assistance, candidates can visit the official BSE Odisha website or contact their respective schools.
