Bhubaneswar: Bollywood film producer Boney Kapoor and actor Arjun Kapoor met Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at the Odisha Legislative Assembly on Wednesday. During the meeting, Boney Kapoor invited the Chief Minister to attend the upcoming Celebrity Cricket League in Odisha as the chief guest.
Kapoor highlighted Odisha’s vast natural beauty and well-equipped facilities for film shooting, emphasizing that with proper promotion, the state could emerge as a preferred destination for filmmakers. He also noted that increased film activity in Odisha would significantly boost tourism and the local economy.
