BhuFeSto Unleashes the Magic of Stories in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has set in motion the Bhubaneswar Kahani Utsav (BhuFeSto) from February 3rd to 5th across four parks in the city, running parallel to the first World Language Conference in the state.

On the inaugural day, from 2:30 to 7:30 pm, the parks – Indira Gandhi Park, Buddha Jayanti Park, and APJ Abdul Kalam Park – resonated with the enchanting power of storytelling. Participants, ranging from children to adults, gathered at these parks, immersing themselves in captivating narratives that transcended age and backgrounds.

The BhuFeSto has become a focal point of attention, drawing storytellers and listeners alike to share the joy and intrigue of storytelling. The festival’s ambiance fostered a sense of community and cultural enrichment among participants.

Renowned storytellers, including Shaswati Patnaik, Prachitara, Kuna Tripathi, Tapaswini Panda, Sujata Priyambada, Shaswati Nanda Shetpathi Haali Ranjan, Meera Das, Ankita Patnaik, Riten Patnaik, Gauhari Vishwal, Vasant Sahu, Shivani Das, Aleet Lagitagrahi, Swagatika Sethi, and Savita Patnaik, took the audience on captivating journeys. The enchanting tales of Akash Das Nayak, Yashswini Mahapatra, Lopamudra Mohanty, Santakar, Satyabrat Mahapatra, Rainya Mishra, and Sampad Mahapatra further added to the magical experience.
