Ayodhya: In a remarkable display of swift medical response, the BHISHM Cube of Project Arogya Maitri, a cutting-edge mobile hospital stationed in Ayodhya, played a crucial role in saving the life of 65-year-old Ramkrishna Srivastava. During the Pran Prastitha event, Shri Srivastava suffered a sudden heart attack, collapsing unconscious.
The Indian Air Force’s (IAF) Rapid Response Team from the BHISHM Cube executed a prompt evacuation within a minute of the incident, capitalizing on the critical golden hour – the first hour post a medical emergency, crucial for successful emergency treatment.
Upon initial assessment, Srivastava was found to have dangerously high blood pressure, recorded at 210/170 mmHg. The skilled medical personnel of the BHISHM Cube diagnosed and treated him promptly as per the appropriate protocol, leading to a significant improvement in his condition.
Equipped with advanced facilities, the BHISHM Cube ensured that Srivastava received on-site hospital-quality care, effectively stabilizing his condition during the golden hour. This crucial intervention facilitated his safe transfer to the civil hospital for further observation and specialized management.
The success of this medical intervention underscores the pivotal role of mobile hospital units like the BHISHM Cube in delivering immediate, high-quality medical care during emergency situations, particularly in scenarios where time is of the essence
