Bhubaneswar: Well known philanthropists Susmita-Subroto Bagchi along with Radha-NS Parthasarathy have announced to donate Rs 425 crore to the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru to build a multi-specialty hospital of 800 bed along with a post-graduate medical school at the campus.
in 2021, Sasmita and Subroto Bagchi had also generously donated Rs 340 crore for the establishment of a world-class cancer hospital and palliative care centre in Bhubaneswar.
Lauding the noble work of the couple, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik wrote on his twitter-

CM Patnaik also tweeted about their contribution Rs 340 crore to Odisha for the establishment of a world-class cancer hospital and palliative care centre in Bhubaneswar. He wrote-
