The program aims to sensitize and orient participants on cyber safety and security, advancing the Digital India program for the integrated delivery of various government services. It seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity, empowering government departments to uphold cyber hygiene, safety, and security.
Since its inception in June 2018, the ‘Cyber Surakshit Bharat’ initiative, through NeGD, has conducted 41 batches of CISO Deep-Dive training programs. Over 1,548 CISOs and frontline IT officials have benefited from these programs until December 2023. The consistent efforts underline the commitment to building a robust cybersecurity infrastructure and fostering a cyber-aware ecosystem.
