73 World Skill Center Students Secure Jobs at Tata Steel Technical Services

Bhubaneswar: Students from the World Skill Center (WSC) in Bhubaneswar have achieved significant success in securing jobs with leading national and international organizations through various campus placement drives. In a recent recruitment drive conducted by Tata Steel Technical Services, 73 WSC students successfully secured positions with the company.

The selected students include 27 from Mechatronics, 9 from Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, and 37 from Mechanical & Electrical Services. They will be employed at various Tata Steel locations across the country, bringing enthusiasm and gratitude for the opportunity provided by the Odisha government and World Skill Center.

Rashmita Panda, CEO of Odisha Skill Development Authority and World Skill Center, congratulated the students on their achievements.

World Skill Center, an initiative by the Odisha Skill Development Authority under the Skill Development & Technical Education Department, Government of Odisha, has emerged as a distinguished institution. Located in the Mancheswar Industrial Estate in Bhubaneswar, the center offers advanced training programs in seven disciplines through its School of Engineering and School of Services, equipping students with skills that meet national and international standards.

To enroll in these programs, candidates must register at www.worldskillcenter.org. The online application deadline for the School of Engineering is August 30, and for the School of Services, it is September 10. For further information, candidates can contact 1800 266 6002.
