Works of Dharmapada Award-Winning Artists Exhibited in an Art Exhibition

Bhubaneswar: As a prelude to the much-anticipated first World Odia Language Conference, the Odisha Lalit Kala Akademi and the Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department jointly inaugurated a captivating contemporary art exhibition at the Buddha Art Gallery in Neeladri Vihar on Friday.

The exhibition serves as a platform to showcase the remarkable artworks of renowned artists who have been honored with the prestigious Dharmapada Award.

The featured creative works of these veteran artists are expected to serve as a wellspring of inspiration for emerging young talents in the field of art. Visitors expressed their admiration for the diverse and profound expressions captured in the exhibited artworks.

The exhibition is open for art enthusiasts and the general public to explore and appreciate until February 7. This cultural extravaganza sets the stage for the First World Odia Language Conference, a three-day celebration commencing tomorrow, dedicated to the rich heritage and enduring legacy of Odia, one of India’s six classical languages.
