
Ahmedabad: Union Minister for Civil Aviation Ram Mohan Naidu inaugurated the Udaan Yatri Café at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International (SVPI) Airport, Ahmedabad, marking a significant step towards enhancing passenger amenities at airports nationwide.
Located at the check-in hall of Terminal 1, the Udaan Yatri Café aims to make airport dining more affordable by offering snacks starting at just ₹20. This initiative is part of the government’s broader vision to modernize airport infrastructure while ensuring air travel remains accessible to a larger section of society. The café is expected to provide quality food options at reasonable prices, catering to travelers from all walks of life.
Speaking at the inauguration, Ram Mohan Naidu emphasized the government’s commitment to improving passenger experiences at Indian airports. He stated that initiatives like the Udaan Yatri Café align with the goal of making flying a more inclusive and comfortable experience.
