Title: PFRDA Invites Bids for PFRDA-TRACE RFP as Part of TARCH Project's Second Phase
New Delhi:The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has initiated the tendering process, inviting bids from prospective bidders to participate in the PFRDA-TRACE Request for Proposal (RFP) as a crucial component of the Technology Architecture (TARCH) project.
PFRDA-TRACE, the focus of this phase, is envisioned as a comprehensive tool designed to facilitate the submission of regulatory and supervisory compliance reports by intermediaries. The system aims to streamline the sharing of reports and data with PFRDA, monitor functions, establish a workflow for PFRDA departments to review and track submissions, enable seamless communication of observations and remarks, and incorporate a robust validation process for reports and data submitted by intermediaries.
This marks the second phase of the TARCH project, and PFRDA is actively seeking a System Integrator (SI) vendor exclusively for the PFRDA-TRACE module. The selected SI will be tasked with studying existing processes, proposing enhanced workflows, and providing services encompassing design, development, customization, implementation, and maintenance for PFRDA-TRACE. The successful bidder will play a pivotal role in steering PFRDA’s digital transformation journey.
Technology firms interested in participating can access the tender document for PFRDA-TRACE RFP on the official PFRDA website (https://www.pfrda.org.in) or the Central Public Procurement Portal (https://eprocure.gov.in/epublish/app).
The deadline for submitting bids is set for March 11, 2024, until 15:00 hrs.
For additional information and clarifications, interested bidders are encouraged to reach out to PFRDA through the communication channels specified in the tender document, facilitating a transparent and informative bid submission process.
