In a review meeting held at the Secretariat, Chief Minister Reddy directed the officials to take necessary measures for the prompt initiation of the caste census.

An official release from the Telangana government stated, “The officials concerned have been asked to take necessary action to launch the caste census.”

During the comprehensive review, Chief Minister Reddy focused on the departments of minorities, backward classes, and tribals. Notably, he urged officials to submit proposals for constructing permanent Gurukul school buildings instead of relying on rented facilities.
