Central Government Extends Fast Track Special Courts Scheme for Swift Justice in Sexual Offence Cases
New Delhi: In a significant move towards ensuring justice for survivors of sexual crimes, the Central Government has extended the implementation of the Centrally Sponsored Scheme for setting up Fast Track Special Courts (FTSCs) until March 31, 2026.
