Staff of All Medicine Shops in Odisha To be Vaccinated on Priority

Bhubaneswar: The staff of all medicine shops in Odisha will be vaccinated on a priority basis. Chemists across the state were demanding to be acknowledged as Covid Warriors and get vaccinated.  

Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra, the additional chief secretary of the health department has written to all Collectors, Municipal Commissioners and CDMOs to take necessary steps as per availability of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Employees aged 45 years and above shall be vaccinated with the government of India supply vaccine and employees aged 18 to 44 years shall be vaccinated with State procured vaccines.
