Rhea Singha Emerges Victorious as Miss Universe India 2024

New Delhi: In a dazzling finale that celebrated beauty and talent, Rhea Singha from Gujarat has been crowned Miss Universe India 2024. She will represent the nation at the upcoming Miss Universe 2024 pageant, having outshone 51 other contestants in the grand event held in Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Sunday.

Reflecting on her achievement, Rhea expressed immense gratitude for the support she received throughout her journey. She acknowledged the hard work and commitment that led her to this moment, drawing inspiration from previous winners who motivated her to strive for excellence.

Throughout the competition, Rhea showcased her style and poise, turning heads in a stunning peach and gold gown during the evening wear segment. She made a bold impression in a metallic red bikini for the swimsuit round, and during the gown segment, she donned a striking white, red, and yellow veil, symbolically holding a Shiva Linga to honor her heritage.

The esteemed judging panel included actress and Miss Universe India 2015, Urvashi Rautela, who voiced her confidence in India’s prospects at the international level. “I believe India will reclaim the Miss Universe crown this year,” she remarked, commending the contestants for their extraordinary talents and commitment. “The winners are exceptional and will represent our country with pride at Miss Universe.”

In the wake of her victory, Rhea Singha’s moment was highlighted on the Miss Universe India Instagram page, paired with the inspiring track “My Universe” by Coldplay, encapsulating the joy of her achievement.

Pranjal Priya was named the first runner-up, while the Chavi team rounded out the top placements as runners-up in this memorable event in Jaipur. With Rhea Singha leading the charge, India anticipates a strong showing on the global stage, showcasing its rich culture and remarkable talent.
