People from all over the Union Territory, especially from ten districts of the Jammu region, are expected to participate in the event. Dr. Jitendra Singh mentioned that attendees from distant districts like Poonch, Kishtwar, and Ramban would arrive in the city the night before, while those from neighboring districts like Kathua and Samba would reach the venue on the morning of the event.

The Union Minister assured that arrangements for accommodation, refreshments, and sanitation facilities for invitees have been meticulously organized to ensure a comfortable experience.

Dr. Jitendra Singh revealed that Prime Minister Modi would inaugurate projects worth more than Rs. 30,000 crore, executed by the Ministries of Education, Civil Aviation, Railways, and Petroleum.
