New Delhi:  In a poignant and heartfelt meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with the family members of the late Bharat Ratna awardee, Karpoori Thakur, at his residence in New Delhi today. Karpoori Thakur, a Jan Nayak (People’s Leader), was posthumously honored with the Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian award, for his exceptional service to society and tireless efforts in advocating for the marginalized and underprivileged sections of society.
