Through this initiative senior citizens would be provided free information and guidance on pension issues, legal issues, extend emotional support, and even intervene on the field in cases of abuse, and rescue homeless elderly.

The helpline has been launched with joint support of the Tata Trust, the NSE Foundation and the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
