
Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s young badminton talents, Pragati Parida and Vishakha Toppo, have earned a spot in the Indian squad for the upcoming Yonex German Junior meet. The tournament, set to take place in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, from March 5 to 9, will see top junior shuttlers from around the world battling for top honors.
Pragati and Vishakha will compete in the girls’ doubles category, forming one of the two Indian pairs selected for the event. The duo will be joined by Anaya Bisht and Angel Punera, who will also represent India in the same category.
India has fielded a 17-member squad for the tournament, with players competing across boys’ and girls’ singles, doubles, and mixed doubles events.
