Odisha Launches International Student Facilitation Cell to Support Global Scholars

Bhubaneswar: The Higher Education Department of Odisha has launched a dedicated International Student Facilitation Cell to provide assistance and support to international students enrolled in public, private, and deemed universities across the state. This initiative aims to create a welcoming, inclusive, and student-friendly environment for global learners pursuing or considering higher education in Odisha.

The International Student Facilitation Cell will serve as a centralized support system, addressing queries related to admissions, academic guidance, accommodation, cultural adaptation, and other essential services for international students.

To further strengthen accessibility, the department has also introduced a dedicated helpline for international students, operational on working days from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM at the following contact numbers: 0674-2323403, 0674-2323404

With this initiative, Odisha reaffirms its commitment to global education, ensuring that students from across the world receive seamless academic support, guidance, and a conducive learning environment in the state’s universities and colleges.
