The announcement, made through a release from the Chief Minister’s Office, signifies the state government’s commitment to the welfare of its employees and pensioners.

According to the release, the Odisha Government has sanctioned a 4 percent additional dose of Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) for State Government employees and pensioners, increasing the rate from 46 percent to 50 percent.
