Bhubaneswar: The Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell in Odisha has successfully addressed 2,112 complaints out of the 11,547 received in the first month since the BJP government took office. This was announced by Chief Minister Mohan Majhi during the monsoon assembly session on Monday.

Responding to a query from Jeypore MLA Tara Prasad Bahinipati, CM Majhi provided details about the grievance petitions processed by his office. He informed the assembly that between June 16 and July 15, the Grievance Cell received a total of 11,547 petitions. Out of these, 2,112 cases have already been resolved, with the remaining cases forwarded to the appropriate departments and offices for further action.

“The new government is dedicated to promptly addressing the concerns of the citizens,” stated CM Majhi. “We are committed to ensuring that all petitions are given the attention they deserve and are resolved as quickly as possible.”

The resolution of over 2,000 complaints within a month reflects the government’s commitment to improving public service delivery and administrative efficiency.
