
Bhubaneswar: Odisha government has approved 19 new investment projects worth ₹3,898.54 crore. The decision was taken during the 136th State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) meeting chaired by Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, IAS.
These projects are expected to generate 7,464 employment opportunities across 11 districts—Angul, Balasore, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Ganjam, Jajpur, Keonjhar, Khordha, Koraput, Sambalpur, and Sundargarh—ensuring equitable regional development.

Odisha’s core manufacturing sectors received a major boost with four major projects:
Industrial Gases:
Linde India Ltd will establish a high-capacity air separation unit in Jajpur with an investment of ₹425 crore, producing 12 lakh MT of gases annually and generating 100 jobs.
Food & Beverages:
Bhuvaneshwari Foods & Beverages Pvt Ltd will set up a ₹300 crore beverage manufacturing unit in Khordha, providing 820 employment opportunities.
