
Bhubaneswar: A day ahead of its theatrical release, Odia movie Adieu Godard received a shoutout from Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap on Thursday.
Sharing the trailer of the movie on his Twitter account, he wrote, “ The first Odia film to release across India. Great job @platoonfilms. Looking forward to watching it.”
Written and directed by Amartya Bhattacharyya, the film is produced by Swastik Arthouse in collaboration with FilmStop Entertainment and Les Films de la Haute-Vallée.
The film will have a theatrical release on September 2 in the multiplexes across Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
It will also have a theatrical screening in Kolkata, Mumbai, and London, while it will be released digitally across US and Canada.
