This prestigious award recognizes NHPC’s exemplary efforts in upskilling employees, implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) interventions, promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, and continuous technological advancements. The award also acknowledges NHPC’s robust Employee Engagement processes and Corporate Governance strategies, reinforcing its status as a trusted brand among stakeholders.
The award was received by NHPC’s Director (Personnel) Uttam Lal, along with Executive Director (HR) Lucas Guria and a team of NHPC officers, at a glittering ceremony in Mumbai on May 23, 2024.
