The conclave brought together Principals and In-charge Principals from across India, focusing on strategies to enhance school administration, academic performance, and overall educational outcomes for tribal students.

Ajeet Kumar Srivastava, Commissioner of NESTS, kick-started the discussions by explaining the significance of the conclave and its role in advancing tribal education. Chief Guest Vibhu Nayar, IAS, Secretary of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, delivered a keynote address, emphasizing the pivotal role Principals play in improving the educational experience at EMRSs. He urged the participants to adopt innovative management practices to better serve tribal communities and elevate the performance of these institutions.

Over two days, participants delved into critical topics such as Academic Initiatives, Mental Health and Well-being, Safety Measures, CBSE Affiliation Processes, Financial Management, Procurement, and Human Resources. Experts from organizations like CBSE, UNICEF, NVS, and NCERT shared their insights, equipping school leaders with practical strategies to address challenges and foster collaborative solutions.

The open forums facilitated knowledge sharing, allowing representatives to exchange ideas and address common issues, further enhancing the effectiveness of the conclave. By the end of the event, Principals gained valuable tools for resource management, leadership development, and creating conducive learning environments in their schools.
