MoLE Partners with APNA to Boost Employment, Brings 10 Lakh Job Opportunities to NCS Portal

New Delhi: In a major step towards expanding employment opportunities for young job seekers, the Ministry of Labour & Employment (MoLE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with APNA, one of India’s leading job recruitment platforms. The partnership is set to bring over 10 lakh job opportunities annually to the National Career Service (NCS) Portal, significantly strengthening the domestic job market.

The NCS Portal, a key employment platform in India, has mobilized over 4.40 crore vacancies and currently has more than 40 lakh registered employers. At any given time, nearly 10 lakh job openings are available, providing a steady pipeline of opportunities for job seekers across sectors.

The partnership between MoLE and APNA is designed to make job searching more accessible and inclusive. With seamless integration, APNA will list its job openings directly on the NCS Portal, ensuring that candidates can access opportunities across both metro and non-metro cities. This initiative is particularly beneficial for those seeking jobs in the formal and informal sectors, providing a wider reach and enhanced hiring options.

The collaboration also emphasizes equal employment opportunities, with a strong focus on women and persons with disabilities (PwDs). By leveraging NCS’s vast talent pool, APNA will facilitate diverse recruitment, ensuring a fair and transparent hiring process for candidates from all backgrounds.

This initiative aligns with the government’s vision of fostering workforce development and economic growth. By connecting millions of job seekers with prospective employers through a user-friendly online and offline interface, the MoLE-APNA partnership will help bridge the gap between talent and employment.
