
Bhubaneswar: Keonjhar MLA Mohan Majhi, along with a delegation of senior BJP leaders led by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, met with Governor Raghubar Das at the Raj Bhavan to stake claim for the government formation.
Accompanied by Rajnath Singh, Dharmendra Pradhan, Aswini Vaishnaw, Jual Oram, and State BJP president Manmohan Samal, Majhi presented the Governor with a list of the 78 BJP MLAs along with letters of support from three independent MLAs.
The swearing-in ceremony of Majhi and his council of ministers is scheduled to take place at Janata Maidan in Bhubaneswar at 4:45 PM on Wednesday.
