MoBus Services in New Routes connecting Bhubaneswar to Puri from April 1

Bhubaneswar: MoBus services is all set to launch in the new routes for the pilgrim city Puri from April 1, on the auspicious day of Utkal Divas.

Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) revealed it on its official Twitter handle today.

As per the decision, MoBus will be plying on new routes from Puri Bus Stand to Light House via Puri Railway Station, Zilla School, Sea Beach Road, Chaitanya Square, and Swarga Dwar on Route No. 52.

Similarly, the bus will be operated from Malatipatpur Bus Stand to Puri Bus Stand via Biraharekrushnapur, Bata Mangala Temple, Athara Nala, and Matiapada Square on Route No. 53.

Mo bus services already exist between Bhubaneswar and Puri on two routes. While, on Route 51  MoBus plies between Baramunda bus stand in Bhubaneswar to Puri via Rasulgarh, Kalpana, Lingaraj Temple Road, Samantarapur, and Pipili bypass.

Similarly, on Route 50 the bus plies between Bhubaneswar railway station and Puri via Kalpana.

“Since Puri and Konark are popular tourist destinations, people had been demanding for MoBus services on these routes for a long. The MoBus service will ply connecting key local areas in the town from April 1,” informed Dipti Mahapatro, General Manager, CRUT.
