
Bhubaneswar: The 14th Tranche of the Mission Recruitment: Rozgar Mela, a flagship initiative of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi, was organized by CRPF Bhubaneswar at CSIR-Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology, Bhubaneswar (Odisha) today.
The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of a lamp, followed by the presentation of a potted plant to the Chief Guest, Prithviraj Harichandan, Honorable Minister of Law, Works, and Excise, Government of Odisha, along with other dignitaries from various Central Government organizations.
Narendra Modi addressed the gathering virtually, inaugurating the 14th Tranche of Rozgar Mela by pressing a remote button, symbolizing the dispatch of over 71,000 appointment letters to newly appointed candidates across the country. The Chief Guest distributed the Offer of Appointment to 401 selected candidates who were physically present at the ceremony.
A large assembly of dignitaries, heads of various Central Government institutions, and newly selected candidates attended the event, witnessing the historic moment.
Amitendra Nath Sinha, IPS, IG, CRPF, presided over the event along with prominent officials, including Prof. Dinakar Pasla, Dean, SRIC, IIT Bhubaneswar, Gautam Patra, General Manager and Convenor SLBC Odisha, Satyabadi Biswal, DDM (PLI), India Post, and Khaja Sajjanuddin, DIG, CRPF. Other notable figures included Pukhraj Jaipal, DIG, CRPF, Shri Bharat Bhushan Sethi, DIG CRPF, Shailesh Kumar Joshi, Commandant, ITBP, Dr. Nayantara Mill, CMO(SG), Commandant, CRPF, Nagesh Kumar, Dy. Commandant, CRPF, and Shri C. Sriram Tejaswi, Dy. Commandant, CISF.
